Position Summary:

Endeavor Streaming is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for global marketing activities related to program/product development. This person will oversee the day-to-day management of high visibility brand projects, implement marketing strategies and programs for new or existing products or services, and track business plan to monitor performance results.

The Marketing Coordinator will work with the CMO to drive marketing activities and strategies, supporting the launch of new products and innovative campaigns on time and within budget. This role will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to execute go-to-market plans and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing brand plan with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics ensuring growth goals are met
• Bring to life brand positioning and branding principles – collaborate on initiatives to ensure they permeate across our industry and among our key client constituents
• Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive brand engagement throughout the year
• Perform diverse, advanced support duties including coordinating strategic business projects and helping to guide them to completion; composing and preparing correspondence; interaction with all levels of the organization as well as a wide range of external parties; handling/coordinating confidential and sensitive information
• Assist with in-person and virtual events
• Support the collection, cleansing, importing of leads into CRM tool
• Create documents in support of meetings/conference calls, including presentations, reports, and proposals
• Attend key staff and team meetings as required, preparation of agenda and meeting minutes as needed; independent follow-up on action items from meetings
• Assess inquiries directed to the department head, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
• Ensure that high-level visibility projects are running efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved

Key Qualifications
• BA degree in marketing or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience required
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role; working with a senior executive a plus
• Effective, versatile and action-oriented
• Proactive self-starter and team player – ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
• Full proficiency with MS Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to deliver results
