EA Localization team are accountable for delivering the high-quality Localized versions of EA games. You will work on a wide variety of tools and systems used for the localization of games, web titles, marketing materials, etc. Those systems will have modules for Business & Project Management, workflow automation, CRM, Text, Audio, Image and video asset management and distribution of those assets to/from our vendors and external partners.

The Challenge Ahead:

The Video Editor is accountable for producing the local versions of the video assets created for EA marketing campaigns and TV/Cinema commercials.

What a Video Editor does at EA:

As a Localization Video Editor you will take care of the adaptation of videos, trailers and commercials for all EA titles. This includes setting up the projects, applying the translations, managing localized audio, keeping track of any update in the project during the localization cycle, uploading content to the different channels, being involved in the approval process, tracking amends, reporting status, rendering process while estimating delivery times, providing risks management and support on late deliveries , having keen attention to detail, following the end to end localization process, always being in constant communication with the leads editors and account manager.

Keep up-to-date knowledge about the relevant tools and technologies as well as internal procedures and practices in the European Localization and marketing teams while also creating and sharing best practices and learning from other teams within EA.

The next great EA Video Editor also needs:
• Two years worked in video production environment with tight deadlines
• Degree in Post-Production, Motion Design, or equivalent proven experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in communication with virtual teams across multiple departments and geographical locations.
• Able to work collaboratively in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization.
• High level in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop software.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Problem solver, proactive and ability in multitasking.
• Good level in the usage and automation of spreadsheets will be considered.
• Coding and / or After Effects expressions would be a plus.
• Experience working in a multi-site/cultural team.
