As a member of the Talent Development Team, you will lead the enterprise-wide development of EA's career development strategy for professionals such as game designers, artists, software engineers, HR professionals, and producers. You will partner with vendors, leaders, and experts across EA to create a career strategy that enables EA employees to pursue their career aspirations based on their interests, strengths, and goals. You will manage the creation of the career development approach from conception to execution, including the implementation of software, the creation of internal websites and tools, and partnering with adjacent departments to ensure agreement.

You will have no direct supervisory responsibilities.

You will report to the Director of Career Development based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities
• Develop a career development strategy and operating model.
• Ensure the career development strategy aligns with our strategy and EA culture.
• Create metrics and measures for ongoing management of career development strategic goals
• Build partnerships to ensure career development complements adjacent processes, such as goal setting, talent mobility, job profiles, talent planning, performance management and learning.
• Socialize and promote the merits and business benefits of the career development program.
• Lead the design and implementation of all required resources.
• Create workplans to manage tasks, resources, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Manage change plans through a variety of channels.
• Manage all resources – time, dollars, and people.
• Improve program offerings using data from surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends.

Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience in talent development, industrial psychology, or related professions, with at least 3 years in the career development arena.
• Experience developing strategy, designing, and managing career development programs.
• Willingness to collaborate to find the best solutions.
• Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
• Balance of strategic and operational skills.
• Experience driving change efforts.
• Authentic; doesn't take self too seriously.
