Content Experience Programming Supervisor (Disney Streaming Services)

The Content Operations Supervisor will be responsible for executing the editorial merchandising and promotion strategies for Disney Streaming Services, with a special focus on programming and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:

The Content Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Drive and operate the Disney+ programming schedule.
• Identify audience programming gaps and audience segment opportunities.
• Partner with programming data & insights to take action on findings.
• Work closely with Content Strategy and Marketing to set and align with and communicate Content priorities.
• Partner with with the editorial merchandising and promotion strategies.
• Create high-impact, curated programming events that leverage TWDC brands and franchises.
• Own day-to-day editorial and scheduling operations, including creating and updating pages, content calendars, schedules, analytics, and other deliverables for Latam territories.
• Package scheduling strategy and planned content rollouts into summaries and/or high-level presentations for senior executives.
• Create and share scheduling reports on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years content coordination experience (Media companies, production houses preferred.)
• Experience with project management techniques.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with data analysis desired.
• Global mindset, sensitive to other cultures, territory-specific needs and varying communication styles.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with global contacts.
• Knowledge of production and post-production workflows, video creation, formats and tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and other relevant software tools. Ability to quickly and proactively learn or adapt to new tools as needed.
• Strong understanding of streaming platforms, including hands-on management of web, app, streaming, and connected devices.
