Responsibilities
• Performs financial, compliance and operational audits individually or in a team
• Prepares audit reports and working papers in English
• Determines the effectiveness of financial, system, reporting and process controls (SOX)
• Identifies control gaps in business procedures, processes or systems and initiates appropriate remedial action
• Follows up on agreed actions resulting from audit issues to ensure timely and effective implementation
• Shares accountability for the performance of the team
• Completes other projects and tasks as required and assigned
• Reports to the Internal Audit Director

Qualifications
• 1 year of professional experience in internal and / or financial auditing
• Master's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Technology
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and team work
• Ability to apply broad functional/technical and business knowledge to complete moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
• Understanding of common financial processes
• Limited understanding of common IT disciplines (applications, operations, infrastructure and management)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity and act with professional judgement
• English language skills at C1 level
• CIA or CISA designation will be an asset
• Some travel will be required

Computer/Technical
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software will be a plus
• ACL Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI or other analytics and visualization tool experience or training will be a plus
