Key Qualifications
• A passion for people, languages, and cultures
• Practical knowledge of localization workflows, including dubbing and translation
• Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills
• Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English
• Professional experience in recruitment or human resources
• The ability to adapt and mirror communication styles based on the regional culture, mood, and personality of both our candidates and the Deluxe community
• A genuinely warm, charismatic personality with an uncompromising level of professionalism and integrity that earns the trust that makes persuasion possible
• Intuitive and active listening skills with the ability to read between the lines and understand people
• Exceptional time management is necessary to tackle a high volume of communication exchanges that make an impact via multiple platforms and on multiple time zones
• A relentless sense of urgency to your workday processes while remaining centered and organized
• Analytical and organized with the ability to multitask and make quick, smart decisions that drive results and the best outcomes
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft programs that include Outlook, Excel, Teams, and preferably Workday to manage process and communication effectively

Description

As a Scripting Recruiter, you will achieve performance goals and results through your drive for excellence and a shared mission that is supported by continued training and clear communication from your manager. 

Several of your responsibilities will include:
• Streamlined communication from the moment you reach candidates until they complete their onboarding with our company – continuously conveying Deluxe values through your words.
• Support our Community Support Team and teams by troubleshooting, escalating, and sharing linguistic queries
• Monitoring and optimizing recruitment awareness globally by proofing and posting ads and creating professional relationships
• Reviewing resumes and responding to applicants
• Communicating effectively with applicants and partnering with internal teams to drive the onboarding process, meet deadlines, and provide an exceptional user experience
• Monitor our linguist pool activity to target and re-engage inactive candidates
• Investigate opportunities to introduce new freelancers to Deluxe
• Contact and track linguists
• Update and maintain recruitment documentation
• Evaluate and integrate various recruitment channels and sources to maximize our presence
• Track and update the list of recruitment agencies with their terms and conditions
• Establish Deluxe standardized terms and conditions for when needed
• Review and report monthly metrics related to recruiting and hiring
• Assist in updating internal documentation to ensure procedures are standardized and conveyed effectively
• Provide creative new recruitment and talent selection strategies
