Cinedigm's Digital Sales department is searching for a Digital Sales Coordinator. This position will primarily support our Executive Directors of Digital Sales, with extended assistance to other members of the Digital Sales team when needed. The Digital Sales Coordinator will be a key player in helping with day-to-day management of various digital accounts, keeping the team and its workflow systems organized, and contributing to various collaborative team initiatives.

Essential Functions
• Help maintain strong existing client relationships
• Help research and connect the Digital Sales team with potential new clients
• Assist with the creation and management of Avails, PowerPoint Presentations and other pitch materials for Digital Accounts, Internal/External Meetings and Conventions, and New Business partners
• Manage Themed Catalog Sales Promotions across all Digital Accounts
• Work closely with the Digital Sales team and Digital platforms to secure and track pitches, placement and promotions for Cinedigm Film/Television titles
• Assist in putting together Weekly Digital Sales Reports, Title Performance Reports, Quarterly and Fiscal reports
• Assist with projections for potential Film/Television acquisitions
• Manage approval forms processing across all Digital Accounts
• Help liaise with the Marketing team to maximize awareness on upcoming titles via promotional art, social media, ad buys, trailers, clips and other marketing tactics
• Help liaise with Production/Operations team to ensure that all titles for select accounts are submitted/delivered when applicable
• Assist in development of deals including title tracking, comps and deal-related research
• Revenue data reporting and analyzing
• Help research updates and trends in the marketplace
• Assist in various special projects as needed

Essential Qualifications/Competencies
• Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
• Ability to be a strong and solid support system to a team of busy Sales Executives
• Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
• Enthusiastic, helpful, self-sufficient, proactive and positive attitude
• Strong people skills and a team player
• A passion for Film/Television and knowledge of the Digital/On Demand industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor's Degree/College Graduate preferred
• 1-3 years of Sales or Marketing experience at a media company or digital provider preferred
