We're looking for a MarTech Operations Specialist with a strong background in solving operational and technical challenges that come with large-scale user retention, acquisition and digital cross-selling to join the CBS Sports MarTech Engineering team. The role is a perfect fit for an inquisitive mind with astute observational capabilities eager to bring to life a connected user experience to the modern, savvy Sports fan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work hands-on with Adobe's technology to deliver strategic execution of personalization and optimization programs.
• Responsible for segmentation, cohort testing, and user journey optimization to create personable and meaningful experiences.
• A subject matter expert on customer and consumer segmentation strategies.
• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Reviews marketing use cases/requirements, campaign project plans, and ensures data schemas support marketing use cases.
• Develop and drive a prioritized multi-channel personalization roadmap to deliver exceptional customer journey experiences in order to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the internal tech/functionality request process for the Marketing team, coordinate prioritization with tech teams, and communicate updates on delivery to stakeholders.
• The incumbent must have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and move effortlessly between the strategic ''big picture'' and detail-oriented tactical execution.
• The role will collaborate closely with various partners within our growing organization to prioritize and design data requirements to execute strategy for consistent marketing data collection, metrics tracking, reporting, testing, analysis, and forecasting, to inform marketing strategy and execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and/or optimization opportunities that are solvable via tech or vendor solutions.
• Lead periodic audits of our established workflows/processes and make optimization recommendations.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiar with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and marketing automation tools
• Have a strong mastery of how Adobe's technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and orchestration.
• Experience within the Marketing Technology (MarTech/Adtech) ecosystem (consumer data, digital identity, activation, and measurement)
• Experience developing actionable conclusions and marketing recommendations based on data.
• Familiarity and comfortable working with large data sets and data lakes.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to solve problems autonomously, and prioritize work based on a hypothesis-driven approach centered around business value.
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of subscription businesses and is data fluent.
• Familiarity with business/marketing analysis, business intelligence, product management, operations or product support roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business OR relevant field and/or over several years of experience in marketing, advertising, or Marketing/Advertising technology (MarTech/AdTech).
