WPEC, CBS 12 News, in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an extraordinary creative thinker with strong videographer and editing skills to fill a full-time Creative Services Producer. This highly creative person will join our highly collaborative 360*Creative team using some of the best and up-to-date production equipment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team filled with spirit, passion, and imagination. Does your writing skills engage and grab someone's attention? Do people get excited when you speak about your creative ideas? Then, this Creative Services Producer II position is made for you. This position reports to the Creative Services Director.

Responsibilities include:
• Create and maintain the ''brand'' identity in the market
• Demonstrate strong producer skills to further department creativity for our two internal clients, News and Sales departments
• Produce daily news topical promos when needed, TSR campaigns, syndicated promotions and external client commercials
• Write engaging copy targeted to your audience
• Produce ground-breaking station image campaigns
• Actively engage in multiple social media platforms
• Participate in station events (appearances within the community, etc.)
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be able to create, conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit cutting edge promos while also managing deadlines
• At least three years of promotion experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to be a team player and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to understand and utilize social media effectively and strategically
• Professional shooting and lighting skills and experience in news promotion is expected
• Advanced skills in After Effects is a plus
