OVERVIEW

We are now hiring a new Payroll & Benefits Coordinator who will report into our Reward & Payroll Manager, in our London HR team. This role will primarily be responsible for ensuring a smooth payroll process across our European locations. They will also be responsible for the administration of benefits for joiners, leavers, and any changes.

Responsibilities for this role to include, but not limited to:
• Owning the payroll process by ensuring related changes are added into the payroll input file and submitted to the Reward and Payroll Manager by the cut-off date.
• Be the first point of contact for all general payroll and benefit queries.
• Ensure pension payments are made by 19th of the month to ensure we are in line with the government guidelines.
• Work with the wider HR team to launch initiatives to increase employee engagement.
• Support the Reward and Payroll Manager in the administration of benefits: including file management, liaison with suppliers and handling queries.
• Liaise with the HR assistants to ensure the data for the payroll is accurate.
• Monthly update of benefit and payroll trackers.
• Process the payroll journals at the end of the month for the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Workday and ADP experience preferred.
• Has a good level of understanding of multiple HR professional areas (I.e., reward, payroll, engagement, family leave etc).
• Experience with administration of payroll and benefits including monthly changes.
• Confident and demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Able to prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Considerate of the bigger picture when making decisions and carrying out tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
