Job Summary

CAA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its HR team in Nashville, TN. The HRBP is responsible for the day-to-day human resources needs for the Nashville-based Music Department in addition to formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to leadership and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture including: performance management, compensation, talent development and feedback, employee engagement and retention, and internal communications
• Provide coaching/guidance on skill and professional development, career pathing and leveling, change management, and complex people situations
• Identify and advise leadership on the development needs of their teams
• Build excellent working relationships across the business
• Oversee the new hire orientation and onboarding experience
• Gain solid understanding of CAA's business, objectives, employees, and culture
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risk; help build and apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues

• Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Coaching and Talent Development
• 5+ years' experience preferred
