Account Assistant - Brand Consulting

Job Description

The Role:

The Account Assistant will support an account within CAA's Brand Consulting department, specifically for a highly matrixed telecom and entertainment client. This ideal candidate has a general interest in event sponsorships, experiential and grassroots marketing, diversity marketing, pop culture, and the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Administrative duties include phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondences, travel booking/coordinating, special projects assistance as needed
• Attend team meetings, create agendas, take and distribute internal and client-ready notes
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities for our clients
• Work collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• General assistance to the account leadership team including internal and client administrative tasks, drafting corporate communications, billing and payment tracking, event performance recaps, and industry research

Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College required or equivelent experience
• Knowledge of and passion for marketing, events, and brands
• Self- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities – someone who is genuinely interested in the event, experiential and field marketing industry
• Highly flexible, highly organized and able to multi-task
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) with strong use of PowerPoint required
• Familiarity in/basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & basic HTML is a plus
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and strategic thinker who has a pulse on tech, digital & social trends
• On-site field marketing / brand ambassador experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus (for discussion)
