Job Description
Responsibilities

The Bravo Social Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the social media team in all of its social marketing endeavors. Key responsibilities include:
• Brainstorm social content opportunities with the Brand and Sales Partnerships teams, ideating and executing for brand as well as talent platforms
• Gather, organize and schedule content to be published through Bravo social media communities on platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and any new/emerging social media platforms
• Create/design assets for channels as needed, keeping within brand guidelines
• Write and edit compelling social media copy with the purpose of engaging the network's online communities
• Assist in management of social communities and live tweeting, including writing copy and live Tweeting during primetime hours for specific priorities
• Monitor and participate in social conversations on behalf of the network to increase viewer engagement
• Organize and manage various tools trackers and keep them up-to-date (Analytics Tools, Talent Following/Verifications trackers, Preview Clip trackers, Sales Partnerships tracker, Celebrity Fan Tracker)
• Filter and focus programming information into social media priorities
• Analyze and report on social performance and sentiment
• Act as liaison and key point of contact between agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Paid Media, Creative, Production, CRM, Editorial to execute social strategies and amplifications across channels
• Work across the cable entertainment networks including E! Entertainment, Oxygen, SYFY, and USA as business needs arise
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling and attending status meetings, asset delivery, note-taking, feedback sharing, troubleshooting, invoice submission and tracking, creative brief development and submission

Qualifications
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• B.A. in Marketing, Entertainment, Arts, Journalism or related field
• Prior experience in related field (can include internships)
• Proven experience with MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Adobe Suite: Premiere, Express, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Familiarity with and passion for entertainment, pop culture, and Bravo
• Strong understanding of social media space and emerging trends
• Robust written skills and previous copywriting experience
• Excellent execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity
• Willing to work late nights and weekends as business needs arise

Additional Requirements:
