Your Mission

The Team Manager (commonly called the ''Lead'') wears several hats, acting as a facilitator at the operational, human resources, and quality-control levels. While maintaining a good degree of expertise in their department, the lead will guide and support employees in their work at Beenox. The lead has the leadership skills to push the team to greater heights and create the AAA material required of Activision franchises.

Your objectives
• Ensure that the team's interface design work meets user experience expectations;
• Examine and validate the visual quality of work produced by the team with regard to art direction;
• Ensure that deliverables are produced in line with the production and creative plans;
• Ensure optimal production pipelines in collaboration with various in-house departments;
• Clarify art direction issues with employees and resolve any problems that might slow production;
• Facilitate communication between production, other departments, and the team;
• Take an active role in project planning, setting priorities and review meetings;
• Ensure that the team has the required training to carry out their tasks and that they develop their skills as they go;
• Meet with and talk to each team member on a regular basis;
• Play a part in recruiting and selecting team members;
• Evaluate the team's performance and write performance reviews.

Player Profil
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design or any other relevant background;
• Great artistic sensibility concerning interface design;
• Comfortable directing artistic, creative employees;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Good work organization skills;
• Ability to manage several projects at a time and to delegate tasks;
• Motivated to make team members progress;
• Very fluent in French and English;
• Perk: Experience in video game development for PC platform;
• Perk: Good knowledge of the Call of Duty franchise.
