JOB TITLE

Seasonal Assistant, Digital Experience

Baltimore Orioles seek a full-time Seasonal Assistant, Digital Experience reporting to the Coordinator, Digital Experience. The position will focus on tasks pertaining to Orioles digital experience platforms.
• Coordinate website editorial calendar and implementation including landing pages, articles, videos, ticketing, and other pages
• Coordinate and deploy email campaigns including developing quality assurance checklist for accuracy including segmentation, content, links
• Research and integrate new email technology opportunities
• Assist with organizing rotation of Ballpark app team page updates to align with marketing campaigns and other club priorities
• Develop KPI's for measuring website, email, and app performance
• Track industry trends and digital best practices among other professional sports teams/leagues

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of marketing, advertising, agency, or sports management experience preferred.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication
• An energetic, positive, and enthusiastic personality
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, think creatively, analyze data, and problem solve
• Strong computer skills are required with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team-first player who works well with others.
