Job Description:

ASCAP's Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to assume the role of a strategic subject matter expert with a focus on identifying member needs, driving the strategic roadmap and completing successful product launches for hundreds of thousands of music creators, publishers and media companies such as YouTube, Spotify and Pandora. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key contributor in leading product initiatives.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for…
• Identifying/ driving the overall strategic vision & amp; roadmap for the Product Team
• Assuming the role of driver & decision maker for the feature set that aligns with the
organization's key strategic focus areas, including member needs
• Creating clear & amp; measurable project goals, including KPIs
• Providing the cross- functional team with product business requirements
• Ensuring that business/ functional user stories are create, accurate & revised as needed
• Leading the research & discovery process, including the discovery readout deck and subsequent

prioritize feature set proposal
• Assuming the role of subject matter expert & trusted advisors to key stakeholders

How do I know if I'm qualified? You will have…
• 5 years' of experience in digital product management
• Experience working with analytics to influence decision making (Google analytics, A/B testing

tools, Heatmaps, etc.)
• Experience leading & launching digital product initiatives across varying levels of complexity
• Good time management skills, including the ability to identify and address critical path activities

in terms of priority
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Strong cross-team collaboration & consensus building experience
• Ability to communicate & present to varying audiences, including peers, business stakeholders

and senior leadership
• Experience working in an agile/ scrum environment
