What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a person that will support the Head of Business and Legal Affairs and the business and legal affairs staff of 3 attorneys. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.

This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, the ability to anticipate the needs of the team fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential as the position requires managing calendars, call logs, interfacing with clients while working in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Rolling Calls
- Managing Calendars
- Managing Departmental Records & Project Tracking
- Preparing Disbursement Agreements
- Preparing Protection Letters
- Handling Visa Requests for agency sponsored clients

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain a high level of discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive when necessary
- A team player yet able to work independently, accurate in work product and proactive
- Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, G-Suite

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- Prior entertainment business, legal affairs or paralegal experience is a plus, but not required
