Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching? We are hiring a Principal Process Innovation Manager to serve as a thought leader across our Worldwide Post Production Operations.

Prime Video, one of the leading digital video services on the Internet today, and IMDb TV, Amazon's free, ad-supported streaming video channel, are changing the way millions of people around the world enjoy content. Prime Video, now available in more than 240 countries and territories, offers customers the broadest selection of any on-demand video service, including original programming such as our critically-acclaimed series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, and The Boys; Local Originals programming such as the UK's The Grand Tour, Spain's El Cid, France's Love Island, and India's Family Man; and movies like Late Night and All In: The Fight for Democracy. IMDb TV, launched in 2019, enables customers to watch hit TV shows, top Hollywood movies, and more without purchasing a subscription. Our IMDb TV Originals program kicked off its first show with the launch of Alex Rider, and there is much more to come.

Key job responsibilities
• Originate and lead operational and organizational process improvement initiatives and partner programs to support the expansion of our Originals programming worldwide
• Establish goals, plans, and related metrics to prioritize, execute, and measure outcomes of strategic programs
• Provide regular progress reports to track progress, manage program priorities, and continuously drive the organization towards our goals
• Drive technical solution roadmap to optimize processes and scale across Post Production Operations organization
• Perform complex analysis and create business-driving narratives that surface key learnings and recommend new business initiatives
• Standardize and document best practice policies and procedures to streamline operations
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Post Production, Delivery, Localization, Distribution, Media Management, Production, Technology, Marketing, Programming Strategy, and any other key stakeholders within Amazon Studios, Prime Video, IMDb TV, as well as vendor partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in process improvement and program management
• 5+ years' experience with creative post production, localization, and digital media distribution workflows
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• PMP certification
• Ability to build positive long-term relationships with both internal and external partners and influence them to deliver results
• Expertise in value-based initiative prioritization
• Superior verbal and written communication skills across technical, operational, and business stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with technical personnel
• Experience with writing functional requirements to create new tools and refine processes and policies
