We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to be part of the Production Strategy & Ops team. The team is responsible for developing strategy, tools, and processes to scale and evolve localization operations for WW Production & Post. A successful candidate is a pragmatic visionary that translates operations and business needs into a leading-edge, customer-focused solution. He/she will have managed highly complex initiatives, delivered successful products, managed deadlines and risks across multiple teams, and communicated effectively to cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
The Principal PM's key responsibilities are to define the short and long term product vision, strategy, and roadmap to disrupt standard production and localization workflows and deliver content faster to customers. Your focus is the E2E production workflow for a global streaming service. The key measure of success is working with production, post, VFX, localization, and delivery stakeholders to stand up new workflows that reduce SLAs. You will partner with the Media & Engineering Innovation team to architect and build these tools.

About the team
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to be part of the Production Strategy & Ops team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Knowledge of content production processes, including subtitling and dubbing workflows
• Experience executing cross-functional roadmaps with multiple dependencies across content studios

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Experience working with teams across geographies
• Passion for understanding languages, cultures, and preferences of worldwide customers
• Knowledge of JIRA and/or other product tracking/management tools
• Knowledge of business process mapping tools such as Lucid Chart, Miro
