Job summary
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) North America (NA) Media Production Team (MPT) is looking for a Physical Production Specialist. You will support the customer, stakeholders, and team by creating best in-class media packages.

Key job responsibilities
• Capture, reorder, and fine-tune content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the media within the stipulated timing
• Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric while following SOP and Amazon standards
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on products, placements or tools utilized for creating/editing and delivering various media types
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into overall production and seek continuous improvement
• Collaborate with peers and network stakeholders to ensure high quality, cohesive creative deliverables
• Create transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the media
• Procure original media and utilize only licensed material in the editing workflow
• Flexibility to Travel up to 50%
• Ability to move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during 10-12 hours at a time with or without reasonable accommodation, shifts lasting up to 12 hours

A day in the life
As an individual contributor, you will abide by all safety protocols and policies while involved in the A/V production process. You will use software including Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D Vista, or comparable. Daily you will use your 'eye' for visual creative design and in every production aspect desire to learn more. Leverage multiple digital media capture devices, including Black Magic, Canon, Go-Pro, 360-Virtual, cameras and lenses. Being willing to jump in to support or learn any aspect of the A/V process, meeting customer needs will bring you success in this role.

About the team
Your team's goal is to provide high definition (HD) media at speed, meeting customer's needs with educational entertainment. You will work closely with the customer and other teammates on details. This team will present you with opportunities of exposure to support NA-Network media solutions. You will support in-field media capture, media editing, distribution channels, digital media storage, stock library support, and other A/V tasks. You will own your output knowing when to ask for help and take direction. Your A/V team will share knowledge, skills, and abilities in the A/V space and will learn just as much from your input.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's degree or higher, in Film Studies/Fine Arts/Communications/Graphic Design, related creative studies
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in A/V media production
• Proficiency with HD audio video camera gear and editing software
• Experience driving media production process by defining requirements, scoping projects, and prioritizing tasks
• Experience presenting on camera and using your voice-over abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven understanding of computers and digital equipment, knowledge of current, new, and cutting-edge media technology
• Understands how and when different techniques enhance pre/post production outcomes
• Desire and ability to work in fast-paced online and in-field environments
• Experience with HD digital audio/video equipment and customer-facing online user interfaces
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Creative Suite of software, including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and color grading software.
• Experience with film making principles (story, timing, traditional use of perspective, etc.)
• Experience with editorial process and digital media management principles
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, drone pilot, 360 virtual tours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated customer-centricity and leadership principles
• Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
