Job summary
Amazon Prime Video, India is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Development Coordinator to support the development and production of its unscripted shows. The candidate should be able to effectively multi-task; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
The candidate should have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organisational skills. The candidate should be nimble and have the ability to switch gears at a short notice.

Key job responsibilities
• Organize meetings and events.
• Review pitch materials, write coverage and provide recommendation
• Act as a liaison to other Amazon departments.
• Track writers, directors and other established and upcoming talent
• Create weekly development reports • • Have a knowledge of key stakeholders in the creative community.
• Maintain positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Support special projects as the business need arises.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Organize meetings and events.
• Track new submissions and other projects in development and production.
• Update project trackers and folders
• Write minutes of the meetings
• • Act as a liaison to other Amazon Studios departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience as an assistant at a studio or production company or 1+ year experience as a creative executive
Experience assessing industry talent and trends
• Minimum of 3-4 years of development and/or son-set experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Sharepoint.
• An understanding of content development and production
• Creative, frugal approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of digital video landscape
