Senior Research Operations Manager, Consumer Insights

Job summary
The Amazon Studios Consumer Insights, Research Operations team manages Content related research with over 400,000 Amazon Prime Video customers.

The Global Research Operations team:
• Develops secure, online survey testing strategies across 12 international panels
• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
• Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
• Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
• Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data

The Global Research Operations manager will:
• Hire and Develop the best: Manage a team of global operations analysts and work closely with them on day to day survey programming tasks
• Invent and Simplify: manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners and develop intake processes for all their online testing requirements
• Dive Deep: Develop best practices on global survey scheduling and panel bandwidth management
• Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
• Manage an online survey scheduling tool and work across teams to ensure there is transparency in global testing schedules
• Train and develop new team members

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience directly managing others
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Team manager (2+ years)
Panel Management experience (programming, recruitment, QA and reporting)
