Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to own the Customer Identity and family management for Amazon Music. In this role it is critical to understand household complex scenarios, to build frictionless and secure customer experience that reconciles identity signals across all amazon ecosystems. You will build strategies for customer of all ages and create product alignment with other cross-functional groups. You'll be responsible for the product roadmap, from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy, customer adoption and feedback. This is a technical product manager position that requires ability to work across organizations, technical depth to manage complex systems, understanding of compliance/ privacy management regulations, know-how in driving a large-scale project from inception to launch, willingness to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities. Our team work on complex customer opportunities to build systems that are distributed across our music apps, voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa to support our customer's need.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
• 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or master's degree
• Marketing tech, personalization and customer data management experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
• Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
• Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
• Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision
• Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features
• Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
• Proven ability to make smart features (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
• Experience managing small to medium sized teams
