About Amazon Music

Reporting into the Executive Producer this role is responsible for delivering operational excellence around Video Studios output. Working across a range of projects The Producer will own; budget creation & oversight, project timeline and scheduling, pre-production, on-site production and project reconciliation.

• Lead production conversations with artists and their teams

• Be an expert in the art of production
• Obsess over process and details
• Be able to dream big in an actionable way
• Understand the symbiotic relationship between a creative treatment and budget
• Be aware of the logistical nuance around a creative approach, how to scale and pivot as required
• Be an expert in budgets
• Follow and implement the best in class on-site production protocols
• Collaborate with the Programming and Strategy teams to incorporate learnings and best practice into your thinking
• Grow and develop a team of world class producers
• Develop relationships with production companies, and grow our network
• Feel at home in live performance space

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

YOU HAVE .......
• 5+ Years of experience in an Associate Producer / Producer role
• Working knowledge of union shoots
• Demonstrable track record in producing world class content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and project management experience
• A breadth of experience incorporating strategic thinking into your creative approach
• Experience driving projects with multiple teams / stakeholders
• Proven ability to thrive in a fluid environment and think on the fly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working within a DSP
• Knowledge of audience attended event logistics / execution
