Are you a visionary interested in building the future of Amazon Music? Come build a multi-year vision for the Videos and Immersive Experiences team.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will help define and build new features for Amazon Music customers. Product Managers in our teams are the CEO of the features they build and closely collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Design, and more, to set strategy for, define, design, and directly manage all aspects of the customer experience. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of product management
• 3+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery in a consumer-facing domain
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or master's degree
• Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
• Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features
• Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
• Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision
• Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
• Proven ability to make smart features (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
