Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Engagement, the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance Engagement fosters a speak up culture everywhere we do business by leading the development, implementation, and scaling of the E&C communications and engagement program.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Communications Strategy, Development, Deployment, and Measurement
• Leads the development, maintenance, and execution of strategic long and short-term communication plans for ethics & compliance that are aligned to Activision Blizzard's enterprise-wide communication plans. This includes Enterprise-wide and localized communications efforts that target risks specific to key sites and business lines
• Owns communications support of E&C projects and initiatives and aligns approach to the needs and scale of multiple employee populations, including (but not limited to) our game development studios and supporting business teams across Activision, Blizzard, and King globally to deliver meaningful E&C communications across the enterprise
• Leads grassroots communications efforts and initiatives that leverage Way2Play Heroes and managers across the business to reinforce key messages
• Manages the annual Code of Conduct campaign, refresh efforts, and Code of Conduct communications plan for the enterprise. Tracks and maintains Code of Conduct completions
• Develops case studies or ethics reports and other learning tools for use across the enterprise
• Defines measurement targets for strategic communications priorities and initiatives and helps identify areas for improvement

Support Way2Play (W2P) Heroes Program
• Designs and manages the W2P Heroes calendar of events and communications, ensuring Heroes have a regular rhythm of communication with each other, the business, and the W2P team
• Acts as a liaison and resource for the W2P Heroes. Catalogue, maintain, update, and distribute Heroes materials and resources. Track and incorporate (as appropriate) feedback among the Heroes community on policies and grassroots initiatives. Maintain up to date records of Heroes, including participation, engagements, and leadership efforts
• In collaboration with the Learning & Development team, develops a E&C Heroes strategy for ongoing upskilling of Heroes; including the development yearly summits and ongoing training curriculum

Because of our dynamic, fast-paced environment, this employee will be expected to support other ethics & compliance priorities as needed, including but not limited to:
• Supports W2P Hero initiatives
• Supports the Investigations, Learning and Development, Policy Oversight and Metrics and Analytics teams
• Helps answer employee E&C questions
• Processes conflicts of interest requests
• Supports development, continuous improvement, and oversight of E&C processes

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree (Master's, JD, PhD) (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of Ethics and Compliance or related experience
• Experience developing and deploying communications plans
• Experience partnering with various stakeholders across the enterprise
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
• Unyielding integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct
• Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior leadership
• Ability to balance multiple time sensitive priorities in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment
• Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
• Experience in entertainment or tech preferred
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
