Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Engagement, the Senior Manager of E&C Program Integration will lead strategic project management and integration efforts across the Ethics and Compliance team, and with various stakeholders throughout the company.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Project Management and Integration
• Leads the development of an operating rhythm and integration strategy for the E&C team and provides overall project management support of key E&C initiatives. This includes the codification of internal processes within the E&C team to ensure there are clear procedures, decision-making frameworks, and information sharing across the group
• Manages the development and integration of high visibility requests and reports, including Audit requests and Board of Directors reports
• Leads benchmarking and other initiatives to evaluate program effectiveness. Leads and supports continuous improvement or process automation projects
• Manages larger team experiences, including team offsite and virtual gatherings

E&C Learning and Development Support
• Project manages E&C Learning and Development initiatives. This includes but is not limited to:
• Handles and routing employee questions or concerns related to training
• Tracks employee completions of all W2P compliance trainings and learning experiences
• Manages execution of E&C training roadshows

Metrics and Analytics Support
• Serves as liaison for enterprise reporting requests such as from Audit, consultants, Sox, etc. and establishes
• Supports Metrics and Analytics team with project execution and automation as necessary

Policy Oversight and Compliance Risk Management Support
• Partners effectively with key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of policy review, approvals and roll-outs
• Partners with key stakeholders across the company, the Policy Oversight team, and Risk Management teams to support and execute strategic initiatives

Support Way2Play (W2P) Heroes Program
• Manages aspects of the W2P Heroes Program, including yearly summits, ongoing training, and strategic events

Because of our dynamic, fast-paced environment, this employee will be expected to support other E&C priorities as needed, including but not limited to:
• Support Engagement, Investigations, Learning and Development, Policy Oversight and Metrics and Analytics teams
• Support E&C Communications and Code of Conduct campaigns
• Answer employee E&C questions
• Process conflicts of interest requests
• Support development, continuous improvement, and oversight of ethics & compliance processes

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree (Master's, JD, PhD) (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience. Preferably in an Ethics and Compliance or related field.
• Experience managing programs or projects with various stakeholders
• Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Unyielding integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct
• Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior leadership
• Ability to balance multiple time sensitive priorities in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment
• Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
• Experience in entertainment or tech preferred
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
