Your Mission:

The experiential marketing internal events team is responsible for developing and executing shared experiences to build emotional connections while further telling Activision's story. Delivering safe, responsible, and engaging programming to build brand trust and advocacy. To improve employee engagement and instill an internal culture of support.

Job Description:
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams through the planning process of all projects, including research, creative planning, budget management, production/execution and post-event evaluation, including quantifying the success of events and projects
• Serve as a creative thought partner, stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies and leverage that knowledge to innovate events
• Establish and leverage key relationships to ensure connectivity to the strategies and event content that support experience objectives
• Coordinate, implement and manage production process documentation and trackers to ensure maximum efficiency for life of project.
• Create and manage internal gifting strategy, including creative ideation, approvals, budget tracking, deliverables, coordination with internal stakeholders, and recap literature.
• Support the financial and legal lifecycle of our pipeline of activations with contract and budget ownership.
• Manage and actualize budget estimates for multiple projects including expense tracking.
• Support our Veterans Day of Service initiatives by maintaining a communication matrix across studios and office teams, manage fulfillment needs, and registration ownership.
• Contribute to our corporate social responsibilities (CSR) initiatives by providing ad hoc assistance where needed.
• Provide necessary administrative support in building, tracking and facilitating project organizational documents

Key Skills
• 4+ years in event production and project management.
• Passionate about people, events, production, social responsibility, and video games.
• A deep love for process, procedure, document organization and communication
• Passionate about social responsibility programming and supporting those who drive positive change in their community
• Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics
• Proven track record of strong planning, organizational, and project management competencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff.
• Exceptional communication skills including active listening and clarity of voice
• Calm under pressure - need to remain calm during crisis and the high pressure of an event in progress.
• Problem solver - ability to think on your feet and resolve problems as they arise quickly and efficiently.
• Master of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or work equivalent
