Job Description
GMA3 ''What You Need To Know'', the third hour of ''Good Morning America'', is hiring a Senior Producer to support the operation of both GMA3 and ABC News Live (ABCNL). The ideal candidate will work in close partnership with ABC News Operations teams and collaborate with many different News departments to help GMA3 and ABCNL organize and fulfill all operational tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Run post-production on specials, including scheduling editors and finishing team, running composites, delivery to internal and external clients
• liaison with Net Release on GMA3 delivery, evergreens, pre-taped shows, live tapings, and preemptions
• manage office space and any return to office planning
• managing the coordination of studio guests
• Managing media management
• Manage production manager and other direct reports
• Onboard and schedule interns, fellows, freelancers and staff on GMA3, dayside, Prime and specials
• coordinate on-going training sessions for teams with Rights/Clearances, Standards, Visual Verification, MARS, AVID
• Liaison with Graphics, Edit Ops, Rights and Clearances, Studio Ops and DMR on needs for ABCNL, especially on needs for Specials
• coordination of COVID testing for staff and in studio guests
• facilitate COVID protocols for field shoots
• work with Finance on budgeting
• liaison with awards coordinators
• work with Publicity to coordinate photo shoots, provide any show materials
• work with Talent on vetting contributor appearances
• paying invoices
• ordering show supplies
• facilitate IT orders and help requests
• book crews and security for live shots
• work with licensing vendors like Associated Press and Getty

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven ability to withstand adversity and maintain flexibility with the continuous changes that come with producing news on a live streaming platform
• Ability to work flexible shifts depending on the project
• Solid news judgment
• Ability to take a show through post production
• Ability to write clearly and effectively.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience at Television, Film, of Digital Media companies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
