Job Description

Providing day-to-day support for Sr Executive Producer in charge of DGE wide bookings and the ABC News Specialized Units & also ABC News Chief Medical Correspondent.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include Administrative duties include managing and coordinating multiple schedules, screening and routing phone calls, emails, to and from top executives and producers across ABC News and The Walt Disney Company, assisting with special content projects, coordinating travel and logistics, schedules and deadlines, and organizing and maintaining systems for monitoring production flow.

Basic Qualifications:
Organization and logistical thinking are key to this position. Must be comfortable working on a team. Must be able to multitask, work both independently and under direction, and think on their feet. Preferred Qualifications:

Background in news or executive level entertainment environment a plus.
