Our official in-office locations in the United States includes LA, NYC, Stamford, and Chicago, and we have several other states in which employees may work remotely if their role isn't one that requires them to be in or near the office.

A+E Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join a team of dedicated, passionate production folks. The ideal candidate will be organized and have strong communications skills and work meticulously in a fast-paced environment.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Senior Production Coordinator, Live Action:
• Collaborates with the Director of Line Production on all shoots in relation to multiplatform programming and marketing departments
• Manage & Coordinate multiplatform shoots and act as production point on set for all logistics/issues from conception to delivery
• Partner with Director of Line Production to ensure proper protocols are implemented for all multiplatform (Legal & Risk Management)
• Assist Director of Line Production with tracking mutiplatform shoot costs
• Obtain all talent releases and manage digital wrap binders via Box
• Manage & Process EP payroll documents for project-based freelancers
• Manage monthly production card expense reports for marketing & multiplatform depts
• Book crew, studio and shoot locations
• Obtain film permits when necessary
• Rent necessary gear for shoots
• Create call sheets for multiplatform shoots and send to Director of Line Production for approval
• Book travel / accommodations for producers and talent
• Update production calendar via Airtable for current/upcoming projects
• Be available when shoots require travel, including weekends

YOUR STORY:
• BA/BS Degree
• At least 3 years of Production Management experience, in the field and on set
• Have strong passion for television production
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills needed and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Some Knowledge of equipment/gear
• Some experience with Airtable, Slack, Hot Budget
• Detailed-oriented and extremely organized
• Must have the ability to work independently, efficiently and be able to meet deadlines under strict time constraints
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others
• Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Must be able to travel when necessary
• Valid Driver's License
