Our official in-office locations in the United States includes LA, NYC, Stamford, and Chicago, and we have several other states in which employees may work remotely if their role isn't one that requires them to be in or near the office.

A+E Networks is not in the television business. It's in the storytelling business. Our job is to bring consumers new ways to experience those stories. A + E Networks is looking for P ro duction C oordinator s for the  Marketing Production department .   There are currently 3 open positions. The Coordinator could be supporting A&E Production Operations, A+E Global Operations, or 360 Marketing Production.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The C oordinator should be extremely organized with the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and has a can-do attitude. You must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle many projects at once, often on similar deadlines. It's imperative that you're able to hold yourself accountable for day-to-day responsibilities and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

The C oordinator will partner with the Marketing Production Managers to support post production , project planning, budget management, and managing production schedules. The C oordinator will also work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets. The Coordinator should be comfortable facilitating post production tasks with the creative team, as well as directly editing projects as the priority level dictates.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:  
• Facilitate internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments
• Build production schedules for producers to manage the effective use of creative resources
• Manage Data , Metadata , and Media/Files in tools like Media Silo, Airtable , and Orange Logic
• Manage paid campaign timelines and deliveries alongside consumer marketing 
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to maintain post launch deliverable tracking in Airtable
• Support workload management of internal creative resources
• Provide support on footage selects and management process
• Deliver assets for Fast Channels and Emerging Platforms as needed
• Support PM s
on Legal & S&P approvals
• Coordinat e footage and photo licensing
• Help
organize and improve workflow for creative production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity
• Be a super user of Airtable and Orange Logic software. Train new producers, coordinators, PA's on workflow and software
• Track assets across their domestic and global lifespan, shepherding them between various systems and partner teams.
Operations Coordinator Additional Expectations:
• Edit video content and / or oversee an internal editor as department needs arise
• Coordinate Tagging sessions with Tagging Producers
• Understand the entirety of the
On Air delivery workflow and deliver/archive pr o mos as needed

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:  

You'll be critical to the development and production of campaigns and will work closely with  the creative and strategy teams to learn the creative development process, and how to produce a wide variety and high volume of promotional content as a member of the production team. You'll see content through from ideation and conception to production and final delivery , whether digital or physical, internal or external.  Finally, you'll be exposed to various A+E departments and stakeholders to learn the goals, needs and direction of the business so that you can become an integral member of the team.   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask /handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environmen t
• Familiarity with the technical specs and lingo of video, live-action production, photography, printing, digital art, and/or GFX is preferred.  
• Must be able to communicate clearly , concisely, and professionally , both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work independently but also collaborate effectively
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Operations Coordinator Additional Expectations:
• Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere and/or Avid required
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production
• After Effects experience a plus
