contingent on the course of the COVID variants and federal, state and local safety guidelines and
recommendations. As we look forward, the majority of our employees will have flexibility that allows them to choose a predominantly remote, predominantly in-office, or hybrid setup.
Our official in-office locations in the United States includes LA, NYC, Stamford, and Chicago, and we have several other states in which employees may work remotely if their role isn't one that requires them to be in or near the office.
The Consumer Marketing & Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CM&M team in the development, execution and analysis of all marketing functions for The HISTORY Channel. This person will report into the Manager, Consumer Marketing & Media, but support all team functions.

Provide support in the development and execution of all marketing elements including Consumer Marketing, Owned Media, Paid Media and Paid Social
Keep things flowing smoothly by maintaining tracking documents, distributing internal communication materials, scheduling and prepping cross-departmental and/or external meetings, and other tasks as needed
Play an integral role on a dynamic and highly creative team on one of the most well-known brands in entertainment
KEY TASKS
CAMPAIGN PLANNING (~40% of time)
Aid in the development and distribution of marketing briefs
Maintain and distribute campaign tracking documents & show performance trackers
Assist in weekly promo planning, facilitating creative revisions, delivery and updates
Participate in brainstorming to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
PAID MEDIA / CAMPAIGN EXECUTION (~40% of time)
Input and manage job requests for all consumer marketing deliverables, working closely with Creative and Production teams
Monitor deadlines for the team and ensure seamless asset deliveries across multiple internal and external partners
Coordinate brand activity across multiple touchpoints including podcasting, digital products, consumer products, social media and events
Assist in the development of marketing copy (i.e. audio, newsletters, e-blasts)
Coordinate launch of marketing sweepstakes, including creative deliverables, rules, fulfilment
Provide additional ''quality control'' filter of assets before delivery
DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION (~20% of time)
Gather info and assist in the development of campaign recaps
Aid in the development and distribution of presentations
Ensure all important documents, materials, and reports are saved and easily accessible for the group
Assist with meeting set up, document creation, etc.
