The Job:

Join the Equity and Inclusion, Content team and act as a floating contributor between projects with the animation, games, theatrical, and DTC groups, amongst others. You will assist team members primarily by conducting research, designing and polishing presentations, performing data entry and database management, and being an extra set of eyes and ears for meetings, scripts, and content reviews.

The Daily:
• Research enterprise solutions to solve urgent challenges as well as to surface relevant stakeholders and decision-makers to connect with to launch and socialize projects.
• Perform data entry, migration, and consolidation for talent databases, consultant and organization lists, representation tracking, and content sensitivity reviews.
• Design presentation decks to summarize team strategy and specific projects to circulate with internal teams and external partners
• Read and perform script coverage, view screeners, read literature ranging from academic papers to books to inform the team on talent and projects worth monitoring and supporting.
• Be a team player that can cover meetings, take notes, and support event-based administrative efforts (for workshops, panels, etc.) as needed.

The Essentials
• Design skills as it pertains to decks, visual aids such as graphs and maps, and other presentation material. Must be very comfortable and proficient with PowerPoint and Photoshop. Experience with other design tools a plus.
• High proficiency with Excel – can create macros, utilize conditional formatting and formulas, and comfortable migrating data in and out of other programs.
• Excellent writing skills-ability to communicate ideas effectively and quickly with carefully calibrated mood and tone and precise grammar and spelling.
• An aptitude for organization . Familiarity and enthusiasm for project management and file management tools like Airtable, Asana, Sharepoint, amongst others, are a plus.
• Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking with new and unfamiliar situations.
• An avid reader and viewer that has a passionate and curious mind on all things related to equity and inclusion and entertainment.

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (optional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) required
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
