Summer 2022 WBTV Business Affairs Intern (Hybrid)The Job
Working with 12 business affairs negotiators and learning the craft of television negotiation relating to actor, writer, producer, director and licensee deals.
The Daily
• Shadowing a variety of business affairs executives in order to get personalized exposure to different areas of the television business (e.g., negotiation, professional communication, research, producer interaction, strategy).
• The intern will be responsible for creating charts regarding a variety of topics (e.g., license terms, high level actor equity, high level director fees, etc.), as well as attending all group meetings and getting one-off projects topics TBD.
The Essentials
• Must be enrolled in law school, ideally the candidate will have just completed their 2L year
Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (additional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
