Praktikant/in Sales & Marketing (m/w/d)

Du interessierst Dich für den Vertrieb, Zahlen und Analysen? Es erwartet Dich ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet im Sales- & Category Management von Merchandise- und Fanprodukten.

Deine Aufgaben
• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung aktueller Lizenznehmer sowie bei der Akquise neuer Lizenznehmer aus den Bereichen Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, Fashion & Home, Toys und Publishing
• Unterstützung der Manager bei unterschiedlichen Vertriebsaufgaben, wie z.B. der Erstellung von Analysen und Auswertungen im Rahmen des Key Account Managements, Trade- und Shopper-Marketing-Maßnahmen, Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie der Entwicklung von Sales-Unterlagen, insbesondere PowerPoint Präsentationen
• Potentialanalysen verschiedener Retail-Kanäle, besonders auch im Bereich Social Media
• Teilnahme an internen Meetings
• Betreuung von eigenen Projekten
• Regelmäßiger direkter Kundenkontakt per Telefon, E-Mail und Microsoft Teams

Das bringst Du mit
• Fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, z.B. BWL, Medienwissenschaften, Finance oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise in einem international aufgestellten Unternehmen, z.B. im Rahmen von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
• Interesse für den Bereich Vertrieb & Marketing (z.B. Social Media Marketing und Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten), für Filme & TV-Serien sowie eine Affinität für Entertainment-Marken
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel und MS PowerPoint; Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein Plus
• Strukturierte, engagierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Offene Persönlichkeit, Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zum mobilen Arbeiten von zu Hause während der Pandemie

The Job

Are you interested in sales, figures and analysis? You can expect an exciting and varied range of tasks in sales & category management of merchandise and fan products.

The Daily
• Support in the support and further development of current licensees as well as in the acquisition of new licensees in the areas of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, Fashion & Home, Toys and Publishing
• Support of managers in various sales tasks, such as the preparation of analyses and evaluations within the scope of key account management, trade and shopper marketing measures, competitive analyses as well as the development of sales documents, in particular PowerPoint presentations
• Potential analyses of various retail channels, especially in the area of social media
• Participation in internal meetings
• Supervision of own projects
• Regular direct customer contact via telephone, e-mail and Microsoft Teams

The Essentials
• Advanced bachelor's degree or recently completed studies in economics, e.g. business administration, media studies, finance or a related field of study
• First practical experience, ideally in an international company, e.g. in the context of internships or working student activities
• Interest in the area of sales & marketing (e.g. social media marketing and marketing opportunities), for movies & TV series as well as an affinity for entertainment brands
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Structured, committed and independent way of working
• Open personality, enjoy interacting with people, high communication skills and willingness to work mobile from home during the pandemic
