Job Description

Huddle up for a new season of Friday Night Rivals! Each week, the area's best high school football teams take the field and battle for victory. You can be part of the experience! Train with our staff and learn the operations of a live sports broadcast. From hanging sponsor banners in the stadium, setting up the Sales tent, handing out promotional items, assisting in the live truck, time-out coordinating w/ on-field ''red hats'' and refs for media time-outs, assisting the sideline reporter, and much more. This is an unpaid internship.

Internship Eligibility:
• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the US
• Registered students in good standing at an accredited college or university preferred
• Must be able to work the hours required by department
• Students can receive university or college credit for participating in this program.

Requirements:
• Qualified candidates will have completed or be in their junior or senior year of college. In this position, students will gain basic hands-on ''game-day'' experience by working closely with professionals in our Creative Services Department
• Must be attending an accredited college or university and studying mass communications, journalism, or related major
• Each intern is required to work 10 hours a week
• Must be available on Friday nights for 10 straight weeks, beginning on August 26, 2022
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must receive academic credit for the internship experience
• Must be registered for college at his or her institution during the quarter or semester in which the internship is performed
• Must have reliable transportation
