eCommerce Project Management Intern

About the role:

PS Direct offers PlayStation customers an opportunity to buy hardware, peripherals and games directly from PlayStation via the direct.playstation.com site. In this role, you will provide support to the Program Management Office which leads initiatives to provide incremental improvements on this direct-to-consumer site. As a valued team member, you will assist in the clarification of feature scope and timelines; identify process improvements and facilitate the delivery of engineering enhancements to our business partners and loyal PlayStation customers.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – to get results in this geographically diverse team.
• Authentic interest in ecommerce, web design, project management and/or business operations.
• Pro-active, extremely organized and able to deal with ambiguity.
• Sincere love of learning - lots of new terms, team members, and data to assimilate in a short period of time.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
