Fandago, Integrated Marketing: Fandango is the ultimate digital network for all things movies and TV, serving more than 60 million unique visitors per month, according to comScore, with best-in-class movie and TV information, movie ticketing, trailers and original video and home entertainment. The intern will perform a competitive analysis of service offerings in the online ticketing and video-on-demand markets; create and coordinate marketing collaterals and marketing activation toolkits and implement group calendars to track promotional activities.

Fandango – Performance Marketing, Paid Media: We are a first-class performance marketing team, managing a portfolio of media channels, and optimizing with data and constant iterative testing. Our media channels include paid search, social, video, affiliates, display, native and others. We are part of a larger team that also manages CRM marketing and studio solutions, or co-marketing efforts with the largest studio entertainment brands. This is a rare opportunity to learn both hands-on performance marketing across multiple channels, and to gain experience marketing major movie releases, both in theaters and streaming at home.

Fandango – Performance Marketing, Studio Solutions: Studio solutions team, part of larger Fandango-Vudu performance marketing org, offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with major entertainment studios (Universal, WB, Paramount, Sony etc.) to plan paid media campaigns and audience targeting strategy for the life cycle of a movie. Working closely with the studio solutions team, you will gain experience in building paid media proposals, audience targeting and data monetization strategies to support theatrical and premium/standard at home movie releases. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Fandango's proprietary audience data management platform.

Peacock Content Operations: This team supports Peacock's mission critical video publishing supply chain and quality assurance efforts. Interns continuously monitor program availability schedules, communication channels, and content servicing handoffs between key workstreams. Interns will support comprehensive process, workflows, and compliance guidelines with the use of Jira, Confluence, and various project management tools.

Peacock Content Quality Assurance: The Content QA team upholds quality assurance guidelines and control standards for all on demand video in our growing library, resulting in a relaxed viewing experience for users. Interns will provide quality assurance support for all new content, before and after launch; working with the technology and product teams to analyze, regulate and improve user-facing experiences on various platforms and environments. Interns have the opportunity to collaborate with video editorial specialists, copywriters and support teams to proactively address all content delivery demands.

Peacock Video Editorial: Interns will assist with content provisioning for Peacock including setup, delivery and auditing. Additionally, interns will provide quality control support of media assets with the Video Editorial team. Interns have the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure metadata structure is compatible with Peacock systems.
Peacock Metadata Quality Assurance: This team focuses on Peacock's copywriting style guidelines and artwork specifications. Interns have the opportunity to take part in projects focused on a wide breadth of content, from Peacock Original series to sporting events. Leveraging proofreading and copyediting skills, interns will ensure that all editorial video related content meets all the standards set within Peacock. Bilingual in Spanish? That is a plus!

Peacock Platform Editorial: This team curates and creatively optimizes the collections of movies and TV shows shown on Peacock's main menus (''Browse'' pages). Interns will support all aspects of producing these collections, from optimizing imagery and copy to planning, strategizing, and pushing them live. Interns will support these efforts using a variety of project management, creative, and data tools, such as Airtable, proprietary content management systems and data dashboards, and Adobe Creative Suite. Interns will have the opportunity to design graphics and edit copy for their favorite shows and movies; dive into data to understand how people are engaging with those shows, and participate in exciting brainstorm and collaboration sessions across Peacock on key strategic campaigns.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal

Additional Job Requirements

Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.

Desired Characteristics
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
• Data-driven thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing data to make marketing recommendations
• Basic knowledge of metadata related programming/markup languages, syntaxes and database management including, but not limited to: XML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (including Jira, Confluence, Airtable and/or Smartsheets)
• Strong interest in the media industry
• Commitment to building an inclusive work environment
• Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Interest in advertising, media planning, digital engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement
