Social & Digital Marketing Intern (Jan - June 2023)

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, this fast-paced role will have full ownership of creating, posting and reporting across our social portfolio.

The Social & Digital Marketing Intern will also participate in regular planning and creative sessions, as well as business updates, team meetings and events.

Qualifications/Requirements
Students must be able to commit to a 6 months Full Time Internship from Jan - June 2023.

An integral role within the NBCU Networks & D2C marketing team, executing and managing Social strategy across the APAC portfolio of brands, including Bravo New Zealand, E! Australia and Asia, and DreamWorks APAC. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Copywriting and publishing social posts for each channel
- Creation of Instagram Stories for E! and Bravo (with Canva)
- Assisting in finding cultural or trending moments for E! Australia's TikTok channel as part of Ad Sales pitching, fulfilment and event coverage
- Assisting in Community Management including engaging with other social channels
- Set up of Paid Social Marketing campaigns
- Sourcing for content (approved images/videos) internally and from relevant social show pages to maintain social media channels
- Scheduling of posts based on brand goals and objectives
- Sourcing and uploading video content on Twitter
- Sourcing and scheduling article posts to drive traffic to Stuff.co.nz
- Execution of ad sales social media commitments
- Social Media monitoring and research
- Social media monthly reporting
- Assisting in campaign implementation and reporting, including coordinating assets, operations and post-reporting i.e. Contests in partnership with Advertisers and Affiliates
- Servicing of affiliate marketing strategy through assistance of product selection, eDM population and affiliate link tracking
- Managing and building eDM database, containing critical datasets
