The Job:

The Business Operations team builds connective tissue for HBO Max, empowering our cross-functional partners with the tools, processes and structure they need to do their best work. On the daily, we partner across all teams in the organization to define processes, drive efficiency and create visibility. We are versatile, flexible, and diplomatic, proactively identifying opportunities to support our cross-functional partners by improving BAU operations and tackling new strategic initiatives in an ever-evolving environment.

The Daily:
• Support the broader Promo Ops team across various key initiatives by building out new business cases, project plans, calendars, creative execution, delivery, and reporting on promotional campaigns on an as-needed basis
• Research cross-sector promotional campaigns and present during weekly team meetings; in addition, present final research to leadership upon completion of internship
• Support in driving projects and standing up processes in undefined spaces
• Analyze, track, and report KPIs for active promotional offers, leveraging insights to influence and advocate for future campaigns targeting both new & lapsed subs

The Essentials:
• Passion for brand integrations and curiosity for promotions on a national and international scale
• Interested in a career in Project Management, Marketing, Operations, International, and Analytics in the Streaming/Entertainment industry.
• Organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Experience using project management software (Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, etc.)
• Friendly, self-motivated, and accountable team player
• You constantly, proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Speak Spanish and/or Portuguese, but not required

Internship Program:
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (additional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
