Epic Games Corporate Strategy Team is looking for a smart, creative Corporate Strategy Intern to join them for Summer 2023 . Our Interns are given challenging projects over the work term, opportunities to both work and network with finance and other business leaders, and are provided with a meaningful experience with high expectations for performance. Epic's Corporate Strategy team partners closely with senior executives to formulate and implement strategy across the full spectrum of Epic's businesses, from Fortnite to the Unreal Engine and beyond. The team develops, drives, and delivers a variety of high profile strategic initiatives and thought leadership, covering areas like: industry trends and competitive dynamics, organic and inorganic growth strategy, company-level portfolio management, new business development, product strategy, and a range of execution-oriented special projects to constantly improve and drive our business forward.

In This Role You Will:
• Work on pressing company challenges directly with the team and key stakeholders
• Own at least one major project, inclusion in team activities and the opportunity to network
• Typical projects include new business development, organic and inorganic growth strategies, and synthesizing industry trends and market dynamics to influence business decisions

What We're Looking For:
• MBA or advanced degree underway.
• Expertise and work experience in industries like Games, Media & Entertainment, and Consumer Technology, and functional experience in corporate strategy & development, product strategy, strategic finance or related fields preferred.
• Intrinsically motivated, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization.
