• Perform high-visibility special projects that inform Leadership and enable decisions in our strategic plan
• Support the strategic planning lifecycle by:
• Providing insights into behavioral patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Conducting internal and industry research that can be used to enable strategic planning maturity
• Guiding initiative owners through the process of registering their work, gathering resources, and communicating intent and results across the lifecycle of their work
• Creating transparency through reporting and other communications
• Scheduling, agenda coordination, meeting room reservation, and preparatory work for recurring meetings and workshops

You have:
• A passion for strategic planning, a drive for decision making frameworks and experience helping others achieve their long-term visions
• Ability to influence and inform using verbal and visual communication
• A desire to help others find the balance between data and intuition
• Consultation experience that resulted in creating team alignment, subject matter clarity and clear, actionable plans

You'll get:
• The opportunity to develop new skills by:
• Creating and managing strategic planning frameworks
• Developing business cases for high-visibility initiatives
• Practicing facilitation techniques
• Influencing decision-makers using a variety of tools and techniques
• Identifying sources of confusion and recommending process improvements

You are:
• Available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2023 (May – September depending on start date)
• Legally authorized to work in the US on a full time basis during the internship
• Enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2023, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2023 through June 2024
• A US citizen or Permanent Resident

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $20 - $31
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $19 - $25
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $27 - $31
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $20 - $25
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $27 - $31

The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
