Responsibilities
• Search for images and key show information
• Petitions of materials to panregional key shows
• Monthly key arts
• Monthly signatures
• Approvals with Creative Director and panregional
• Designs and adaptations for events, invitations, packaging, contests, etc.
• Support to the Distribution team for timely completion and approval of materials.
• Small barters reconciliation
• Documentation assistance for vendor and client registration.
• Payments required for tenders
• Follow-up and coordination of paperwork
• Necessary follow up help (with agencies, materials, etc.)
• Premiums inventory and assets in warehouse and closet.
• Preparation of presentations, proposals and results

Qualifications
• Design or advertising student
• Attention to detail
• Creative with design notion
• Willingness to learn and grow
• knowledgeable in the use of software such as photoshop, illustrator and indesign
• No gender preference
