Accounting (Remote)

A24 is seeking to hire an Accounting intern to support the team. Must be available up to 30 hours per week, from September 12th 2022 through December 16th 2022. This position is remote.

Initial Responsibilities
• Prepare work papers to file sales tax returns and file returns
• Work on researching federal, state and international tax issues
• Assist team with monthly close activities
• Assist team with year-end financial audit support
• Assist with reconciliations of trial balance accounts, tax returns etc.
• Ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications
• Sophomore in a four year program OR a Junior or Senior in a five year accounting or tax program
• Organized and detailed-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience in Data Automation a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
