We are currently searching for a dynamic Project Engineer in our Engineering/Operations departments to oversee and lead a facility wide migration and integration project.  The scope of work is to evaluate the existing infrastructure, systems and technology and develop an integration plan, working with a 3rd party integration company, and oversee the successful migration and build-out to completeness.

Position Overview
The Project Engineer responsibilities include the coordination and completion of the assessment, migration, and integration of our operational and technological infrastructure, on time, within budget and scope.
This person will:Oversee all aspects of the technology and operational infrastructure moveSet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projectPrepare reports for the executive team, functional leads and integration management office (IMO) lead 
The successful candidate will report directly to the SVP of Operations and work directly with the Integration Management Office (IMO) lead and 3rd party integration company to ensure all deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other functional leads to ensure all aspects of the project are being met in a timely matter. 
 
**This position is a temporary position, through the course of the project, estimated 4-6 months**
 
Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors to achieve flawless execution of projects and tasks Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the 3rd party integration vendor, internal functional leads, IMO lead and all executive stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with other third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectDelegate project tasks to functional leads with oversite for successful completionTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholdersUse and continually develop leadership skills Perform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need
