Job Description:

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. ("MGM") is seeking an Office Services Clerk to provide day-to-day support to our Facilities Department. The successful candidate must have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work well within an administrative team in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide daily support for Senior Management meetings and special events
  • Corporate purchasing, expense report management, and processing via Concur
  • Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for meetings
  • Stock company kitchens and maintain beverage equipment
  • Provide support for Company sponsored employee events
  • Organize and maintain office common areas
  • Maintaining Supply Inventory
  • Meeting and Conference Room Setup
  • Willingness to assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Willing to perform various office support duties, as assigned
  • Assist in the prepping of meals for Senior Management meetings

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must be able to quickly acclimate to an incredibly fast-paced environment and be able to anticipate needs
  • Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills are of the highest importance
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive in all matters
  • Outstanding communication skills
