In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to the Business and Legal Affairs department.
Specifically, you will: organize, file, maintain and track corporate records and legal documents; build and administer a contracts database; perform various other administrative tasks.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a legal secretary; entertainment and/or experience in an internet or ad sales supported media organization a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and
• The ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently.
