Job Description:

Job Description – Seeking a digital coordinator reporting to the VP of Digital & Social Media in FremantleMedia’s Digital & Branded Entertainment global division in Burbank, CA. Our global mission is to identify & retrieve digital best practice from ours and competitor shows from around the world, then operationalize and proliferate to relevant digital teams and producers within FM internationally. Responsibilities
• Assisting VP, Digital & Social Media with answering/rolling calls, calendars and expenses
• Coordinating monthly digital best practice routine calls with key international digital folks in FM territories
• Digital best practice and competitor research to support our international shows
• Frequent deck creation in Keynote shaping our best practice research 
• Administrating Wordpress intranet and writing/publishing digital best practice articles
• Slack team administration
Special projects and other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within consumer products, television or wider entertainment industry
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely 
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Photoshop experience is a plus
