Event Coordinators
 
The American Film Market (AFM), the world’s largest motion picture trade show, is seeking experienced event professionals to join our team.
 
Employment Duration: 2 to 12 weeks
Start Dates:  August thru mid-October
End Dates: mid-November
 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications – Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Education5+ years event or project management experience2+ years in leadership positionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; at ease communicating with all levels of clients and staffQuick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; Proficiency with database managementPossess the qualities required in a service-oriented culture: enthusiasm, patience, rapid response and professionalismDiligent, proactive, accountable and analyticalSharp attention to detailExceptional organizational skills; self-motivated, comfortable with shifting priorities, ability to initiate, schedule and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with tight deadlinesAble to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in a related field 
All positions are based in the AFM’s Westwood office until mid-October, then onsite in Santa Monica for three weeks. Extended hours may be required during show days.
